Around the World Virtual Gala

Thank you all for supporting Waukesha Free Clinic's "Around the World" virtual gala! We are incredibly humbled by the outpouring support from you, our loyal supporters! Here is how this virtual event will work!

Registration: Make sure you, your friends, and your family are registered on our event website. It is crucial to be registered so everyone receives proper gala communication and auction information.

Gala Registration Package Pickup: Package pickup will be held at the Milwaukee Marriott West W231N1600 Corporate Ct, Waukesha, WI 53186 on Saturday, November 13th from 1 PM - 3 PM. If any issues arise with the pickup time and place, please contact us. You will receive a box of food appetizers and a customer bag filled with gala goodies at pickup. Please freeze your food when you get home. Open your bag as well and review all the items such as the drink recipes and Givesmart instructions.

All-Inclusive Game Package: Please do not open your game package until the night of the event! Keep the mystery alive. On the night of the Gala, Captain Emcee will guide you through the various games.

Auction: The auction is open! Visit our items page, to view the amazing baskets. The silent auction will close on November 18th at 8 PM to give everyone a fair chance to bid on our items. Pickup will be Friday, November 19th at the First Presbyterian Church (810 N East Ave) from 3:30 PM- 5:30 PM, and Saturday, November 20th from 10 AM- 12 AM at the same location.

ZOOM Link: Two days prior to the event you will receive a ZOOM link every single day until the event date to join the Gala waiting room. You can join from any mobile device or laptop. However, we recommend a laptop plugged into a television using an HDMI port to view the gala with your party on the big screen. Make sure to check your email and text messages for the ZOOM link. The Gala will commence at 6 PM on Saturday, November 13th.
